Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get any one-on-one time?

You bet! You'll have private sessions with Melissa, specifically for your business and where it’s at and depending on the package you choose. How you utilize the coaching time is totally up to you

Can I go at my own pace?

You're encouraged to stick to the schedule so that you can participate in real time to ensure the information is sticking and you are fresh for completion of tasks, after all don’t you want to start making a profit right away? The more you’re able to implement during the program, the more feedback and guidance I’ll be able to provide on your individual work.

How often will we meet?

We meet every other week, giving you time to complete the homework and take action in between sessions unless you have booked the mini coaching consult one time session.

When will we meet?

This is to be determined. Ideally during the workday on weekdays, but typically sessions work best on a Monday or Tuesday, we are flexible to your availability as we understand you are still running a business. We will need to stick to a regular schedule that works.

Can I purchase additional private sessions?

Pending availability, additional private sessions will be available at a discounted rate.

Are there any payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans with 1, 2, or 4 installments, or more paid in advance with early registration.

What if I miss a session?

We will need to schedule a make up session within the same week so we are not off schedule.

Do you offer group coaching?

We believe that for our industry, group coaching does not work because your business is not a one size fits all model and we have to share sensitive and confidential information to help you success, therefore we stick to a one on one setting. We do have a Facebook community @ weddingindustryprofessionalsbyWedbiz (Add a link). Members have loved being able to get feedback from each other as well and the encouragement from the group, rather than going it alone.

What if I can’t attend a a session?

Let me know in advance of any sessions you can’t attend, we make every effort to reschedule to a more convenient day/time within your package timeframe.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, our calendar gets booked up very quickly and we only have 8 private coaching spots available for the entire year so you would need to commit and schedule all sessions within your 3 or 6 month timeframe purchased.

What happens if I cannot pay?

You are required to pay upfront monthly as we have to prepare your worksheets and assignments in advance, if you are on a payment plan and are unable to make a monthly scheduled payment, your coaching will stop until you pay the amount due. For two consecutive non-payments, your booking is cancelled and the remaining items are null and void.
